We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed and enters fulfillment, we are not able to alter or cancel it.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Please see our REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location and product ordered, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Or if you're a registered user you can login to track your order and view your order history and other activities you generated on our website.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at shipping@reggaephrenik.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost

Answer: You can look up your Gift Card balance by entering your Gift Card number and pin within the "Check Your Gift Card Balance" section
Can I redeem my Gift Cards for cash?
Our digital Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, unless required by law
I have multiple Digital Gift Cards; Can I combine them?
We cannot combine them, but you can redeem up to 10 Gift Cards per order
How can I redeem my Gift Cards?
Answer: Redeeming a Gift Card is simple...
• Shop online and select the items you wish to purchase
• When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart"
• Proceed through the checkout process
• Click the field labeled "Gift Card Card" on the payment page at the final step of checkout
• Enter your Gift Card number, select "Apply"
• Click "Apply" and then you will see your Gift Card amount deducted from your merchandise total
Is there any restriction on gift card redemption?
All our gift cards are treated like cash or a credit card. If additional discounts are running on site, please apply the promo code at checkout, and the final amount including tax and shipping will be deducted from your gift card(s).
